Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations on any orders.
Because many of our products are custom-made — including eggshell stickers, contour-cut designs, and personalized prints — each order is produced specifically for you. Once your order is placed, it immediately enters our production queue and cannot be changed or refunded.
Refunds will only be considered if there is a clear manufacturing error on our end. In that case, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number. If the issue is confirmed to be our mistake, we will replace the item at no cost.
We are not responsible for:

Customer-provided artwork errors (spelling, quality, formatting)
