• Custom Orders Are Final
All eggshell stickers are made to order using the artwork you provide. Because each order is custom-printed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once the order has been placed.

• Artwork Responsibility
Please double-check that your design is correct, high-quality, and print-ready before submitting it. We print exactly what you upload. We are not responsible for spelling errors, low-resolution images, or design mistakes provided by the customer.

• No Exchanges
Since every item is customized, we cannot exchange sizes, quantities, or designs after production starts.

• Print & Color Variations
Minor color shifts or slight variations can happen due to different screens, printers, and materials. These small differences are normal and not considered defects.

• Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or we made a clear production error, contact us within 3 days with photos and your order number. We will fix it or replace it—only if the mistake is on our end.

• Usage Disclaimer
Eggshell stickers are permanent, tamper-proof, and extremely strong adhesive products. Please apply responsibly. We are not liable for how or where the stickers are used after delivery.
