Shipping policy

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Custom products (including eggshell stickers and contour-cut prints) require production time before shipping.
Typical processing time is 3–7 business days, but may vary during high-volume periods.

Shipping Methods

We ship using standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping speed and carrier options will be shown at checkout.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the carrier’s schedule. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather interruptions, or missed deliveries.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for paying reshipment fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.
We are not liable for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Packages marked as “delivered”

  • Carrier delays or errors

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days with photos, and we’ll help determine if a replacement is needed (only if the issue is on our end).
